Payment and transport
How we transport our tiles
In Natural Floor, much like our products, our transport is a top quality service.
We have 3 transport options:

Transport with our trusted Logistics company
The Logistics company we work with is CBL based in Spain, they ship worldwide and transportation is 100% insured.
Transport times are:
▶ 24-72 hours National Spanish transport
▶ 7 working days to Europe
▶ 35 days to rest of the globe
International maritime transports will arrive to port only, this means that the client should pick up at the port and meet taxes that may apply in the country of reception.

Pick-up at our warehouse
Clients can collect their purchase at our warehouse in Jerez de la frontera, Spain. We will carefully help you load your tiles. Once the tiles have been loaded, they will no longer be under our custody, so breakages during transport will not be covered.
Each box contains 13 tiles (0.5 m2) and weighs aproximately 13 Kg.

Send a different logistics company
Clients may also send the logistics company of their choise for pick up. One thing to keep in mind is that they may need to come with a lifting platform depending on the size of the order. Once the tiles have been loaded, they will no longer be under our custody, so breakages during transport will not be covered by us. (But should be covered by the transport company)
Each box contains 13 tiles (0.5 m2) and weighs aproximately 13 Kg.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods.

Credit card
We accept credit and debit card payment. Safely pay for your purchase on our online shop. Your data will not be stored and is encripted.

Paypal
Payments can be safely done through the PayPal platform. Paypal gives you the option to pay with your PayPal account balance, Credit/Debit card or bank transfer.

Bank transfer
Bank transfers can be made to our bank account. International bank transfers can take up to 10 days, so keep in mind that tiles will not be sent until Natural Floor has secured payment.

Cash on delivery
Order can be payed on delivery. This can only be done for deliveries to Spain and for purchases that do not exceed €900.
For bespoke orders over €2000, payment can be made 50% upon order and 50% before transport.
Orders will not be sent until Natural floor has secured payment.
